Email enquiries

Our contact links open your email app. The website does not have contact forms, accounts or checkout.

When you email us, we receive your email address and any name, contact details, project information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, discuss your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry.

Access and service providers

Within Volentum, Bruno is the only person who accesses enquiry emails. We use Zoho for email and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information to deliver their services.

Website visits

The current website does not include browser-based analytics or advertising tracking.

Vercel collects technical information about visits to hosted websites, including IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP addresses and system configuration information. Its processing is described in Vercel’s privacy notice.

Information processed by Vercel may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed abroad is subject to local laws and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or national security authorities there.

Retention

Our policy is to review enquiry records monthly. At that review, we delete enquiries that did not lead to a project once 12 months have passed since the last contact, unless there is an ongoing need to retain them.

Project, contract and tax records are handled separately and retained for relevant business and legal requirements. The enquiry schedule does not set retention periods for technical records maintained by our hosting provider.
